Radware will be performing scheduled maintenance on the Cloud infrastructure as part of an ongoing POP expansion and capacity enhancement initiative at Sao Paulo. No customer impact is anticipated during the maintenance window, though customers may observe the following:
- Traffic rerouting (non-impacting) - Brief GRE tunnel flaps - Intermittent unavailability of self-service in the Unified Portal - FWaaS self-service will be temporarily offline
This work is being carried out in a controlled fashion to improve the platform's scalability, resilience, and overall service stability.
